As a web designer I find it easy to be inspired artistically from a variety of mediums. One day searching Twitter I stumbled across Faith Sheridan’s newsletter, I was hooked. The way she sculpts lifeless rooms into works of art is absolutely astonishing and extremely interesting. You might have seen her on HGTV a year or so ago for a bathroom she remodeled.

Her HTML newsletter was already in decent shape… however just like everything else in this world there was room for improvement.

Things to notice:

• I’ve added a right column to the design
• I added her site navigation to the right hand column to hopefully get her more traffic
• I’ve added her social media icons (twitter and facebook)
• I spruced up the header of the email a bit
• All her content is layed out in a balanced way and the new headings draw your eye to each section

I’m really excited to see what sort of impact this makes on the success of Faith’s email subscribers.
